The horizontal cartoning machine is designed for automated feeding and packaging of blister-formed items into cartons. It features an adjustable auto-feeding mechanism that allows users to set the number of blister packs per carton through the touch screen. This packaging machine automates the entire cartoning process, including blister detection, instruction manual folding (1-4 folds) and insertion, carton forming and feeding, product loading, batch number embossing, end flaps sealing (compatible with hot melt glue), material shortage rejection, and finished product output.
It is suitable for various industries, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food, ensuring efficiency, precision, and reliable carton packaging.
